These terms govern your use of the public Lightscale AI website at lightscale.ai. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. The Lightscale AI studio and product at go.lightscale.ai are governed by separate terms presented there.
Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may view and interact with the content to learn about our product and services.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lightscale AI Inc. and protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Ownership of Your Data and Your Software
You retain ownership of the applications you create with Lightscale AI and of the data you put into them. We receive only the access needed to operate the service on your behalf. We never use the data stored inside your applications to improve our service or to train AI models, and your generated program code is used for training only with your explicit, revocable consent and never by default.
The Lightscale AI platform itself (the AI Language, the compiler, the runtime, and the studio) remains the property of Lightscale AI Inc. The source download subscription lets you download your software’s source code and run it on your own infrastructure.
Because applications are generated by AI models, comparable output may be produced for other users. The full product terms, covering ownership, warranties, liability, data processing, and sub-processors, are published with the studio and govern your use of the product.
Product Access
Use of the Lightscale AI product is governed by the terms presented in the product itself. Lightscale AI is in its beta phase: features, limits, plans, and prices can change. We reserve the right to grant, limit, or decline product access, including new accounts and subscriptions, at our discretion.
Creating for free is subject to fair use, as set out in the product terms. Usage beyond the hosting subscription requires a separate agreement.
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Hosting and source download are separate monthly subscriptions per project that renew until you cancel, and the product is provided without a guaranteed feature set, availability, or minimum term; committed service terms are available by separate agreement. If you breach the terms, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice, and fees already paid are not refunded. If we ever terminate or discontinue the service for a reason other than a breach of the terms, we refund the unused portion of fees paid in advance, and you have 30 days to download your program code and export the data in your live systems. Availability
We provide this website as-is without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or completeness. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Lightscale AI Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
The product terms, plans, and pricing may likewise change as the product evolves. The current version is published with the studio. Material changes, including price changes for existing subscriptions, are announced by email at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before a change takes effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
